Seated classes
For anyone with limited mobility or an injury that prevents them from standing to exercise, the Virtual Village Hall offers several adapted exercise classes. Make some space, find a comfortable upright chair and choose from seated workouts, Pilates, Move It or Lose It and chair-based Salsa Fit.
Please take care to ensure that your health and safety are a priority when taking part in these sessions and note that you are undertaking all Exercise & Dance sessions at your own risk.
