In this fun and engaging chair-based Dance for Parkinson’s class, qualified Dance for Parkinson’s and chair-based exercise tutor, Johanna, explores a range of different dance styles in a gentle session, taught specifically for people living with Parkinson’s and their carers. No previous dance experience necessary.
