Mindspace Week at the Virtual Village Hall, 11-17 October
Sunday 10 October is the World Health Organisation World Mental Health Day which raises awareness of mental health issues around the world. These have been challenging times for our mental wellbeing. From 11-17 October, we invite you to take some time for a little self-care. Join us here for Mindspace Week where we’ll be exploring the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing. You’ll find a full programme of caring content, from coaching sessions on gratitude, mindfulness and resilience, to yoga, meditation, gentle exercise classes and mindful crafts and activities.
