No matter what our age or life stage, physical activity is a superpower that makes us feel stronger, more positive and better able to cope with the challenges life throws at us.
The wonderful Mr Motivator MBE hosts a live, fun, free workout for everyone to join in with at home.
All this week you’ll find a wide range of gentle exercise and dance classes like Pilates, Yoga, Beginners’ Ballet and Positive Posture to try, plus coaching and advice on goal setting and motivation. Joining in with Get Moving Week is a great way to set some healthy intentions to be more active in 2022.
