Men's Health Week
9th - 13th of June
During Men's Health Week, we encourage men to reflect on their health and wellbeing. This year’s theme is ‘A Strategic approach to men’s (and women’s) health’. We’ll have a line-up of inspiring and insightful men sharing information, advice and practical support.
Men's Health Week Sessions:
Guest presenters are Dr. Hussain Al-Zubaidi, GP and TV doctor, and Jim Pollard from the Men's Health Forum. There are exercise, meditation, yoga, BSL and vegan cooking sessions too.
