Chair Yoga

Join VVH yoga teacher, Natalia Veneziani for a 30-minute Chair Yoga class. This gentle chair-based session concentrates on an adaptive yoga practice for strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. Variations for each posture will be given.
Designed for complete beginners.

Preparation
Grab a chair—this could be a wheelchair, armchair, or any sturdy seat with a back!
Find a quiet space to relax and have some water nearby.
