Join yoga teacher Natalia for a gentle yoga class that explores meditation, breath practices and physical postures to calm the mind and strengthen and stretch the body. Bring a mat if you have one and enjoy some space to breathe. Designed for complete beginners.

- A block, book, cushion or pillow (optional)
- A chair if sitting on the floor is challenging.
