Join fitness & wellbeing coach, Frances Rayner, for this 10 minute seated exercise class for beginners during Get Moving Week 2026 at the Virtual Village Hall in partnership with Yakult. Develop muscle mass, improve balance and coordination, strengthen bones and improve brain health with this easy-to-follow seated exercise routine, designed for those struggling with their mobility.

What is Exercise Snacking?

This 10 minute session is designed as an exercise snack. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement throughout the day that can have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing, using gentle, accessible movements you can easily fit into your day.
