10 Minute Chair Yoga with Dave

Join VVH yoga teacher, Dave Rennie, from Space to Breathe for a new series of 35-minute Chair Yoga classes. These gentle chair-based sessions concentrate on an adaptive yoga practice for strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. Variations for each posture will be given.

Designed for complete beginners. This Chair Yoga class is one of several by David Rennie.

Preparation

Grab a chair—this could be a wheelchair, armchair, or any sturdy seat with a back!

Find a quiet space to relax and have some water nearby.
