Whatever our age, ability and stage of life, doing regular exercise is vital to our  health and wellbeing. Building a stronger body makes our minds stronger too which helps us cope better during challenging times. Here at the Virtual Village Hall, you’ll find a wide range of exercise classes to try at home, led by our team of friendly professional trainers and coaches. With classes like DanceFit, Zumba, Salsa Fit, Nia, HIIT and gentle toning with hand weights to try, there’s something for everyone, including regular sessions. Maybe give something new a go or join in with a friend! Go at your own pace and enjoy it.
