Walking workout

Join fitness trainer Sam for The Walking Workout, a fun, easy-to-follow way to move your body, get some steps in and feel fabulous! Take part standing or seated, this class is fully adaptable. Why not put on a pedometer or smartphone step-counter to count your steps as you go! Sam’s session includes a warm up, the workout, and cooldown and stretch.
Preparation
Make sure you have plenty of space to move and clear any potential hazards; use a sturdy, stable chair if doing a seated workout.
