Men's Health Week 2024
During Men's Health Week, we encourage men to reflect on their health and wellbeing. This year’s theme is ‘Sharing stories' and we’ll have a line-up of inspiring and insightful men sharing information, advice and practical support.
Guest presenters include Dr Hilary Jones, Jim Pollard from the Men's Health Forum, Ryan Parke (The Men’s Coach), Mathew Pritchard, TV personality, vegan cook and endurance athlete, and Rob Hobson, nutritionist and author. There are exercise, meditation and yoga sessions too.
