If you procrastinate or worry about your goals, you’re not alone. Join coach Ryan Parke to discover why traditional goal setting fuels anxiety, and learn key steps for a healthier and more effective approach. This is the first of a three part series of short workshops.
Preparation
Ryan suggests that you think about a personal goal that you are happy to share. The goal should be something that would benefit your life if you achieved it. If possible, bring along post-it notes in three different colours.
