Mission planning with purpose

In this practical and interactive session, coach Ryan introduce you to Mission Planning. By following some simple steps, you will create a clear plan and strategy to achieve your goals, even those you struggled with in the past.
Preparation
Ryan suggests that you think about a personal goal that you are happy to share. The goal should be something that would benefit your life if you achieved it. If possible, bring along post-it notes in three different colours.
