Join fitness trainer and former nurse, Emma, for this fun-filled session, designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and aerobic fitness. This class is ideal for anyone who is looking to improve their bone strength or is living with bone strength issues such as osteoporosis. Suitable for anyone, can be done seated or standing. Work at your own level.

Preparation

Place an upright chair in plenty of space.

  • A sturdy chair (not an armchair or a chair with wheels)
  • A roll of wrapping paper or a rolling pin
  • Light hand weights (or bottles of water or tins of beans)
