The Virtual Village Hall is a hub for activities designed to support health and wellbeing. Here in the Health section, you’ll find sessions like laughter yoga and QiGong which are designed to support physical and mental health and relieve emotional stress and anxiety. You’ll also find health-related information guides, such as the Royal Voluntary Service and Yakult guide, Staying safe, warm and well this winter, which provides practical tips on coping during the winter months.
