EFT tapping for Menopause

Join Stella as she shares with you the practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). During the session she will introduce you to this mind and body technique, showing you how to use it to navigate Menopause. Using repeating statements and tapping points, you will learn self-care and basic tapping skills to help with menopause symptoms, worries and overall well being.
A gentle and relaxing session to help you instil confidence and calm.
