Dr Amir Khan, GP, medical broadcaster and best-selling writer, joins the VVH to discuss mental health and wellbeing for people from South East Asian communities. He’ll be exploring mental health stigma, health inequalities and barriers to seeking help, as well as signposting supportive services/organisations and some practical ways to support mental health. This session is aimed specifically for people from South East Asian communities.
