EFT tapping for loneliness

Join Stella as she shares with you the practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). During the session she will introduce you to this mind and body technique, showing you how to use it to navigate loneliness. Using repeating statements and tapping points, you will learn how to shift any worries or limiting beliefs to help build confidence. A gentle and relaxing session to help you instil confidence and calm.
Preparation
