Eat Well Week offers seasonal healthy eating inspiration for the winter months. Join us for this special week featuring deliciously simple recipes to try at home. We call these Happy Plates! Special guest, TV chef and author, Rosemary Shrager, will launch the week with a live Happy Plate cookalong, followed by live daily recipes by chefs and food influencers.

Eat Well Week and Happy Plates are part of the Royal Voluntary Service Stay Safe, Warm and Well campaign, sponsored by long-term partner Yakult, which offers people wellbeing advice and support over winter. Happy Plates are simple, tasty and nutritious dishes, made with easy-to-find ingredients identified by Yakult’s nutritionist as top foods to help boost mood.
