Materials

  • Paper - most types are suitable - steer clear of printer paper and anything thinner - but paper from a sketch book, cartridge paper, card, watercolour paper, lining paper or the back of wallpaper will work well.
  • You can also use good quality paper packaging from your recycling bin - particularly brown paper packaging

Equipment

  • Sketching pencils (2B, 4B, 6B),
  • Black and blue acrylic paint
  • A set of watercolours
  • Chalk and oil pastels
  • Chinagraph pencils
  • A medium and large sized paint brush
  • Two water pots
