Prepare your materials and find a sturdy table or floor to work on.

  • Paper or card for your print
  • Tracing paper or greaseproof paper
  • A variety of plain, patterned and coloured papers including coloured tissue paper
  • Paper glue
  • Block printing ink in your choice of colour
  • Rubber roller (brayer) for printmaking
  • A carved linocut tile or ready-made stamp
