Mindspace Week at the Virtual Village Hall, 9 – 13 October 2023
Tuesday 10th October was World Mental Health Day, organised by the World Health Organisation to protect and improve mental health across the world.
From 9 – 13 October, we invited you to take a little time for yourself for some mindful self-care. Mindspace Week explored the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing, a full programme of caring content, from coaching sessions to nature journalling, yoga, meditation and gentle exercise.
