  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 to 5 celery sticks, chopped finely
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 medium size bunch of coriander (leave half to add later)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1tbsp ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pack tomato passata
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 tin lentils
  • 3 heaped tbsp cornflour
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped coriander
  • A medium size pan
  • A knife
  • A wooden spoon
