In this session, Daniela provides meditation techniques for people that are new to meditation and who would like to learn more about how meditation can help alleviate stress and improve health. Daniela covers breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, visualization, and time to experience releasing mind noise to discover the peace between our thoughts.
