Introducing the P for Prostate Manual

Presenters: Jim Pollard, Men’s Health Forum with Nick Hale, an ex-nurse with lived experience of Prostate cancer

The Men's Health Forum is the leading charity supporting men's health in England, Wales and Scotland. Its aim is that all men and boys have the information, services and treatments they need to live healthier, longer and more fulfilling lives. Jim Pollard has been writing about men’s health since he got cancer in his early 30s. In this fun, interactive session, Jim introduces the Man MOT, which ensures that:

  • Men are better aware of physical, mental and sexual health
  • Men know what to do for themselves
  • Others around men know how to support them

Content warning: this session includes references to suicide, depression, anxiety and mental health challenges.
