How to Start Talking

Presenter: Rob Stewart, professional coach

Quite often men can face what professional coach, Rob Stewart, calls a ’Smoky mess’ which is blocking the view of the life they want to lead, and it’s getting harder to ignore it. They are not sure what this smoky mess is made of, why it’s blocking them or how to affect it, and so men can feel despondent and low. In this coaching session, Rob helps us to step back, get a wider view of our life, and find ways to start talking that empower us.

Content warning: this session includes references to suicide, depression, anxiety and mental health challenges
