Virtual Village Hall regular, fitness instructor and Postural Alignment Specialist, Jo, is joined by Jim Andrews - desk based Fisheries Consultant by day and competitive runner in his spare time. In this session, Jo and Jim look at what the body loses biomechanically through sitting for long periods, how that can negatively impact sports performance and what we can do to keep the body well positioned, ready to move and injury-free for longer.
