Dementia-friendly Mindful Mobility Pilates

Join Mobilates instructor, Kerry, for a dementia-friendly mindful Pilates class which is designed to help you feel more mobile and ease aches and pains. This gentle session is suitable for beginners and those suffering from chronic health conditions and mobility issues, and can be done standing or seated on a chair. Bring a new awareness to and appreciation for your body and what it can do, and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Preparation

Make sure you have plenty of space, clear any potential hazards, wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
