Blackberry crumble cake
- 50g melted butter
- 100g demerara sugar
- 50g plain flour
- 1tsp cinnamon
For the cake:
- 175g caster sugar
- 4tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 large egg
- 120ml milk
- 225g plain flour
- 225g blackberries
- Mixing bowls
- Spatula
- Mixer
