- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 to 5 celery sticks, chopped finely
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 medium size bunch of coriander (leave half to add later)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1tbsp ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1 pack tomato passata
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 1 tin lentils
- 3 heaped tbsp cornflour
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped coriander
- A medium size pan
- A knife
