#FreedomToMove Challenge

During We Are Undefeatable Week at the Virtual Village Hall, we ran the #FreedomToMove Challenge to help you embrace your Freedom To Move and celebrate the small ways we can get moving as part of our daily routines.

We challenged people to tune in each day for five days when our experienced instructors shared a different gentle activity to try at home for five minutes. That’s five minutes of gentle movement for seven days! It’s not too late to take up the challenge. You’ll find all Freedom To Move Challenge activities here, including some bonus sessions with We Are Undefeatable Ambassador, Bill Bailey.

The Virtual Village Hall offers gentle exercise, dance and movement classes including adapted sessions for people with mobility challenges.
