Join Qi Gong instructor, Phil, for this introduction to the ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and slow movement exercises. The practice works with energy (qi), moving it around the meridian channels within the body. In this 30 minute session, instructor Phil guides you through some basic seated Qi Gong moves. You’ll need some space for the session and a sturdy chair (not an armchair).

- Comfortable loose clothing and trainers or bare feet
- Water to drink during the session
