Moroccan Couscous Salad

Materials and equipment you'll need to take part:

Equipment

    • A pan with a steamer
    • A bowl
    • A wooden spoon
    • A jug of water

Ingredients

  • 250g couscous grains (available at supermarkets)
  • 4 tbsp veg oil
  • Water (300ml) at the start then another 100ml
  • A medium red onion
  • A small bunch of coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small courgette
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
