Join dance teacher, Ginnette, for this Beginners’ Charleston dance class which includes a short warm up followed by a fun routine incorporating basic steps.

Preparation

Make space to move, wear comfortable clothing and footwear, have water to hand. Ensure that your dancing space is safe and clear of objects. If you have any health conditions, injuries, aches or pains, listen your body and rest if/when necessary.
