Valentines Day Folk Art

By the end of this session you will have used different folk art techniques to create four different cards for Valentines Day. Here’s your chance to get your creative juices flowing, once you’ve learned these techniques you can use them to make cards or artwork for any occasion!
Preparation
Find a comfortable space to work at a table or flat surface

Materials
- Paper
- Card and envelopes
- Cardboard
- Acrylic paints or tester pots
- Colourful paints (Rosie recommends acrylic paint)
Equipment
- Pencil
- Round, flat brush
- Dotting tool or something to make dots (e.g. cotton bud, woodworking nail or end of a pencil)
