Ingredients for the dough:
- 600g strong white flour
- 260ml milk
- 15g dried yeast (or 10g fresh yeast)
- 75g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 90g butter
- 1 beaten egg
Ingredients for the filling and glaze:
- Jar of mincemeat
- 100g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 microwaveable dish
- 2 mixing bowls
