Sound bath

Tutor: Karolina Kozera, sound therapist

Join Yoga teacher and Sound therapist, Karolina, as she introduces sound therapy and its benefits, before taking us on a journey of sound – a powerful tool for healing and mindfulness. This sound meditation uses Tibetan, Crystal bowls, gong and other harmonising instruments to vibrate the whole body and bring it back into a state of harmony, working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Make sure you have plenty of space to relax.
