Seated Qi Gong

Join Stella, Shibashi Qigong instructor, as she shares with you a seated practice of Qi Gong. During the session Stella will introduce you to the origins of Qi Gong before taking you into a practice that can be done while sitting. Designed for anyone with an injury, health condition, disability or requiring the use of a wheelchair or seat, you can follow along to the gentle movements to support your energy flow and optimum health. Suitable for anyone including beginners, this is a calming and soothing session that will leave you feeling relaxed.

Preparation

Find a comfortable safe space and a glass of water.
