Printed beach bag

Handprint your own fabric then turn it into a simple bag with lots of room for all your beach gear or summer days out.
Preparation
Prepare your materials and find a sturdy table or floor to work on.
Video time
30 minutes
- Plain, heavy weave cotton fabric measuring 20” x 60” or 50cm x 150cm
- String
- Sellotape
- Scissors
- Rolling pin that you’re happy to get covered in fabric paint
- Fabric paint in your choice of colour
- Paint brush or rubber roller (brayer)
- A4 Sheet of hard plastic like acrylic or similar
- Iron
- Sewing machine
- Thread in your choice of colour
