Paint like JMW Turner

Tutor: Rachel Moore, print artist and workshop tutor

Join Rachel, print artist and tutor, in this art workshop where shows you how to paint like the famous artist JMW Turner. Best known for his dramatic seascapes, Turner’s oil paintings of crashing waves and stormy skies can be seen in galleries around the world. In this session Rachel will focus on his more delicate watercolour paintings, where light and shadow play on the ocean's surface. Using a series of exercises, Rachel will introduce you to watercolour techniques for creating seascapes that evoke both tranquility and drama. Suitable for beginners and seasoned artists, this workshop is a must for anyone that enjoys painting!
