Join Rosie, a self-taught sign writer, illustrator and artist, in this Olympic themed craft workshop! Taking inspiration from the world-famous sporting event, in this session Rosie shows you how to make the Olympic rings out of cardboard and decorate them with yarn and other embellishments. A funtastic session that celebrates the colourfulness and cheer of the Olympics!

Materials

  • Thick cardboard (the more you have the bigger the rings can be!)
  • Scrap yarn and string (the more colours the better!)
  • Beads, buttons, feathers, any scrap craft embellishments
  • Print outs of family members or flags

Equipment

  • Craft knife (or very strong scissors)
  • Something circular to draw around (e.g. dinner plate)
