Moroccan lemon chicken tagine

Join Moroccan cook, Nadia, as she demonstrates how to make a delicious authentic Moroccan Lemon Chicken Tagine, a popular national dish from Morocco.
Serve with some couscous or crunchy/ flat bread.
Preparation
set out your ingredients and equipment. Chop a small bunch of coriander. Crush 3/4 cloves of garlic.

- 1 pack of chicken thighs
- A medium onion
- A small bunch of coriander
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Few stands of saffron (optional)
- 1 medium sized preserved lemon
- A jar of green or red olives
- A tagine or a medium size shallow pan
- A knife
- A wooden spoon
