In this session Nadia shows you how to make Moroccan fish pastilla which traditionally uses a variety of white fish, prawns, mussels and calamary. In this version Nadia uses cod and prawns together with mushrooms to make a flavour-packed dish. Often served at family occasions and gatherings, give this recipe a try for a special Moroccan-themed fish pie!

Preparation

Set out your ingredients, cut the fish into medium size pieces, chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms, chop the coriander and parsley, boil water for the vermicelli, melt the butter for the filo pastry
