- 2 medium eggs
- 120g self raising flour
- • 120g caster sugar
- 120g butter or margarine
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp milk
- 8 short flat bottom ice cream cones
For the buttercream:
- 140g softened butter
- 280g icing sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1tbsp milk
- Optional: chocolate flakes and sprinkles
- Mixing Bowl
- Sieve
- Muffin tin
- Foil
- Cooling rack
- Piping bag (or sandwich bag cut in the bottom corner!)
- Optional: piping nozzle - optional
