Gentle toning with hand weights

Community exercise instructor Tracey leads this easy to follow 35 minute gentle toning exercise class to music. You will need a set of hand weights. If you don’t have hand weights, you could use food tins or water bottles.

Preparation

Make sure you have plenty of space, clear any potential hazards, wear comfortable clothes and shoes/trainers.
