Created by Strictly Come Dancing’s Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, FitSteps™ takes the dances and songs from Strictly (no partner required) and takes you on an easy to follow trip around your very own ballroom. This class helps build confidence, burn calories and boosts cardiovascular and motor fitness. Most importantly, it's a little escape from day to day life and into the magic and sparkle of Strictly! Who doesn't need that in their lives?
