Join Stella as she shares with you the practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). During the session she will introduce you to how to use this mind and body technique for stress management. Using basic scripts and tapping points, you will learn how to support yourself and body during times of stress. A gentle and relaxing session to help improve you sense of calm and wellbeing.
