2019 Masterchef winner, Irini Tzortzoglou, marked the release of the TV series, Julia, with her take on an original Julia Child recipe for Crêpes Suzette.

For the crepes:
- 125g plain flour
- 3 whole medium eggs
- 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 125ml milk
- 125ml water
- Pinch of salt
For the orange sauce:
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 250ml orange juice
- 75g unsalted butter
- 75g caster sugar
- 40ml orange flavour liqueur or brandy
