- 2x 130g Chicken fillets
- 100g mixed leaves
- ½ cucumber
- 2 flat cap mushrooms
- 8 Tenderstem broccoli spears
- 2x spring onions
- Small thumb of fresh ginger
- 1 red chilli pepper
- ½ mango
- 15g unsalted peanuts
- 1tsp Thai fish sauce
- 2tsp soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tbsp olive oil
- ½ lime
