  • 100g mixed leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 flat cap mushrooms
  • 8 Tenderstem broccoli spears
  • 2x spring onions
  • Small thumb of fresh ginger
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • ½ mango
  • 15g unsalted peanuts
  • 1tsp Thai fish sauce
  • 2tsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime
