Boxercise

Join fitness instructor Joanne Andrew for Boxercise. This fun-packed exercise class blends standing Pilates with easy-to-follow boxing and dance moves. It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. This is designed as a bare footed workout but wear comfortable shoes if you feel more secure. You can use weighted gloves you have them but they are not essential. Bring a yoga mat or large towel with you for floor work and remember to drink water regularly.
